About Sclesky Photography

Hello, My name is Wayne Sclesky. I was born in this great city of Kansas City in 1972. I have traveled extensively across the country as a photographer and even recently lived in Miami, FL for a year and a half. But nothing can beat the friendliness and great attitude of people here in the central U.S. So I am back in KC, bringing with me a quality and style of photography befitting a much larger market. Most of my work still centers around fashion and beauty photography (www.sclesky.com). However, I am now bringing that same quality of professional photography to senior portraits, weddings and kids here in Kansas City.

After receiving my B.S. in Biology and Psychology I took up photography as a casual hobby. A few years later I found myself rethinking my original career path of being a physician assistant. Now I mainly shoot people, from international models to my next door neighbor, the end goal is always the same...to capture that special something in each and everyone of us. Whether it is one person or 20...a newly engaged couple or someone with their beloved pet...once again the goal is the same...to bring to life that unique something deep within us
